Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be communicated as soon as possible.

Private, Semi-Private, and Group Lessons:

Cancellation Notice: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the lesson.

Camp Reservations:

Camp Placement: Camp placement is only guaranteed upon full payment.

Camp Cancellation Policy:

If you have to cancel for an unavoidable reason the fee can be used for ONE lesson with Pnina. 48 hours notice must be given (more notice respectfully requested).

Rider Release Form

I understand that horseback riding involves inherent risks, including the possibility of serious injury or death.

I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with horseback riding, including those related to horse behavior, terrain, equipment, and weather.

I hereby release Western Pa Riding Academy and Bethel Park Stables and its staff from any liability for injuries sustained while participating in riding activities.
